All 21 Steam achievements. The percents are from Steam's global API on 31 October 2026. The how-to text is from community guides, and it is labeled when those guides do not agree.
The launch post says 1.0 ships 21 achievements. The Steam store payload agrees, and the ten achievements it highlights are not marked hidden. The global stats API returns 21 internal ids and a percent for each. This page maps those ids to display names. Ten of the names are on the store page itself, so those names are official. The other eleven match the ids on two community wikis, so the names are cross-checked rather than copied from a single fan list.
Percents will rise. Lower Levels Special stood at 82.4% on 31 October 2026, which fits a label change you can do in the tutorial. From Nothing, the Hard Way was at 0.5%. A percent is not a difficulty rating by itself. It is also a measure of how many people have had time. Sort the table by the Steam column if you want the rarest targets, and read the conflict note before you grind a number a wiki invented.
One wiki says achievements unlock only while the game is connected to Steam, and that three of them add progress across runs: Snitches Get Riches, Aug Hunter, and An Eye for Value. The connection rule and the cross-run rule are single-source. They are mentioned in the conflict lines, not stated as fact. If you care about a rare achievement, stay online and do not assume a failed run kept your count.

Owning the store
Keys to the Kingdom is the achievement that matches the ending the developer described: buy the store from the landlord. Community guides also count a mortgage payoff. The launch post does not mention a mortgage, so that second path stays a conflict note. Clean Hands is the same win without having sold a stolen or contraband item. One wiki adds that something locked inside a sold item does not count. From Nothing is the win from a Rock Bottom start. From Nothing, the Hard Way is that win on a hard difficulty. Guides disagree about the difficulty's name. Prodigious is owning the store before day 50, which both wikis state and neither patch note confirms.
Money, permits, and the shop floor
Comfortably Afloat and Swimming in Credits check estimated total wealth at the start of a day, above 10,000 and above 100,000. Both community write-ups say stock counts, not only the credits in hand. Authorized is buying the Business Permit. Industrious is owning ten machines when a day begins. Shiny is 1,000 store attractiveness. One wiki says that check also happens when the shutter opens, and that mirage projectors push attractiveness onto the next day. The projector detail is single-source. The 1,000 figure is the part both guides share.
Machines and production
Say My Name is a Lab Pure product. One wiki says the Chem Finisher at 99% or higher. Another says a Lab Pure narcotic. The internal id is ACH_LAB_PURE, which supports the grade and does not name the item. Green Thumb is a Huge Nutrifruit from the hydroponic system, and the internal id is ACH_HUGE_NUTRIFRUIT, so the crop name is unusually well supported even though it is not on the store highlight list. Cranked to Eleven is +250 Quality on one machine from Quality modules. None of the module math is in a patch note.
Story, luck, and the ones that add up
First Steps is the tutorial achievement, officially named and unofficially explained. Do not skip the intro on the save where you want it. We Have Rats! is starting as the Rat Wrangler, the scenario the developer listed in 1.0 and that was a hidden start during the playtest. Diplomatic is a high faction reputation. Jackpot is a scratcher ticket. One wiki says the jackpot is 350 credits and three Nutrifruit symbols. Lower Levels Special is the labeller, and it is the one most players already have.
Snitches Get Riches is ten reports. Aug Hunter is shooting ten Augs. An Eye for Value is ten perfect appraisals. If the cross-run note is right, you can chip away at these across failed shops. If it is wrong, you need them inside one run. Play them as if the run must hold the count, and treat a carry-over as a bonus.
A sane order
Play the intro and change one label. That is First Steps, if the tutorial theory is right, and Lower Levels Special.
Keep a legal lane open if you care about Clean Hands. Water, appraisal, and farming are the lanes community guides suggest. The store page supports water and appraisal as systems. It does not promise they are enough to win.
Buy the Business Permit when the lease is safe, not the morning rent is due.
Stack one faction if you want Diplomatic, and stop if the negative events on the endings page start matching what you see.
Leave Rock Bottom and the huge nutrifruit for a dedicated run. They are the rare rows for a reason.
Frequently asked questions
How many achievements does Probably Stolen have?
Twenty-one. The Steam store payload and the global stats API both say 21, and the launch post announced 21.
Are any achievements hidden?
The store page does not mark its highlighted achievements as hidden. This guide has not seen an official list that calls any of the 21 hidden.
What is the rarest achievement?
On 31 October 2026 the Steam API put From Nothing, the Hard Way at 0.5% and From Nothing at 0.8%. Green Thumb was 1.3%. Those rates will move.
Do achievement counters reset when a run ends?
One wiki says three of them do not: reports, Aug shots, and perfect appraisals. That claim is unverified. Assume a single run has to finish the job.
Can you earn them offline?
One wiki says they unlock only while Steam is connected. That is unverified. Stay online if the achievement matters to you.
Taken from the Steam store page, Steam news, or the publisher's launch announcement. The same claim appears in more than one independent community write-up, or a Steam achievement id matches those write-ups. Not an official patch note. Single community source, or sources disagree. Help us confirm before you rely on the number. Prices and unlock rates move after patches.
